The State of Israel proclaimed de facto Provisional Government on May 14,1948 was limited to seventy-five years which ends May 13, 2023. See: EXHIBIT 4
We are a Government-in-exile and Heir Legislative Power to restore and to rebuild Yerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince. The governments-in-exile can generally exercise in the matter of expropriation the same powers as if they were on their own soil.
It is generally accepted that control over the territory of the country (or at least a substantial part of it) is a prerequisite to recognition. However, in the event of enemy occupation of its territory, this requirement is suspended, and recognition of the exiled government may be continued.
